Dr. Praveen “PK” Suchdev, MD, DABA, DABAPM, is the founder and CEO of Oasis Therapeutics and a key pain management physician at Pain Solutions, serving Nashua, and Concord, New Hampshire. He began his medical career at Northwestern University Medical School, completed an internal medicine internship at Northwestern, and specialized in anesthesiology and pain management during his residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Suchdev completed his Pain Management fellowship at Harvard University, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston Massachusetts.
Dr. Suchdev served in the Air Force, where he directed the Chronic Pain Management Program at Wilford Hall Medical Center, the largest military pain referral center within the Uniformed Services at that time. For his outstanding work in developing patient care protocols, he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal, setting new standards for efficiency and quality of care in military pain management services. He was also awarded the Meritorious Achievement Medal for saving the life of a toddler while on an overseas mission.
In 2001, Dr. Suchdev founded Pain Solutions, PLLC, aiming to create a network of integrated pain management clinics throughout New Hampshire. Recognizing the need for effective mental health services for treatment resistant mood and pain disorders in his patient population, Dr. Suchdev and his team created Oasis Therapeutics. He is board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain management and is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists, and Practitioners, and the Clinical Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Society. Dr. Suchdev served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Southern New Hampshire Health and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Solution Health. Dr. Suchdev has been recognized as a “Top Doc” by New Hampshire Magazine every year since 2014.
James A. Mirazita, MD, DABA, ABIPP is a distinguished pain management and interventional psychiatry physician at Oasis Therapeutics, with locations in Nashua and Concord, New Hampshire. Dedicated to advancing patient care, Dr. Mirazita employs cutting-edge techniques to help individuals overcome chronic pain and mental health challenges, guiding them toward a life of renewed well-being.
Dr. Mirazita earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine through the U.S. Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program. He completed his general surgery internship at David Grant U.S. Air Force Medical Center in California, followed by an anesthesiology residency with a concentration in pain management at Wilford Hall U.S. Air Force Medical Center in Texas. Further honing his expertise, he completed a pain management fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and received specialized training in medical acupuncture for physicians at Harvard Medical School.
Following his residency, Dr. Mirazita served as a staff anesthesiologist at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia, where he assumed the role of medical director of anesthesia services and established the hospital’s first pain management clinic.
In 2015, Dr. Mirazita co-founded Oasis Therapeutics with his long-time colleague, Dr. Praveen Suchdev, aiming to improve the lives of patients suffering from treatment-resistant conditions. He has been instrumental in the clinical development of the practice and currently serves as its Medical Director.
Dr. Mirazita is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians, where he has served as a board examiner. He is an active member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists, and Practitioners, and the Clinical Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Society. His commitment to clinical excellence has been recognized with numerous accolades, including most recently being named a New Hampshire Magazine “Top Doc” and a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in 2024.
Dr. Santharam Yadati, with a robust educational foundation, has dedicated over 45 years to shaping the field of mental health as a Board-certified psychiatrist. His journey began with rigorous clinical training, laying the groundwork for his lifelong commitment to psychiatry. This foundation was further strengthened by his brief tenure as an instructor at Harvard University, where he had the privilege of engaging with some of the brightest minds in the field. Although his time there was brief, it profoundly influenced his approach to psychiatry, deepening his understanding of mental health and inspiring a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
Dr. Yadati has played a pivotal role, at Oasis Therapeutics, in advancing cutting-edge treatments for therapy and medication-resistant mood and pain disorders. At Oasis, he has been at the forefront of implementing innovative modalities such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine Infusion Therapy, and Stellate Ganglion Block treatments. Megan Ricard, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP, PMGT-BC, is a highly qualified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with specialized expertise in pain management and psychiatric mental health. With an academic background and a deep commitment to patient care, Megan stands out as a leader in her field.
Megan’s educational journey is distinguished by a series of advanced degrees and certifications that have equipped her to manage complex medical and mental health conditions. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University, where she developed a strong foundation in family practice. Recognizing the intricate connection between chronic pain and mental health, Megan pursued further specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Wilkes University. Additionally, she holds a certification in Pain Management from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), reflecting her comprehensive expertise in this critical area.

Jennifer Griffin, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner, certified in both Family Medicine and Psychiatric-Mental Health. She has been part of the Pain Solutions team since 2020, where she contributes her extensive experience and expertise in pain management. Concurrently, she is part of the esteemed team at Oasis Therapeutics, providing compassionate, holistic care to patients experiencing mental health challenges. Prior to joining Pain Solutions and Oasis Therapeutics, Jennifer was employed in an orthopedic spine practice. Her role encompassed patient evaluations, inpatient care and serving as RN First Assist for orthopedic spine surgeries, demonstrating her dedication to patient care and surgical excellence.
Prior to advancing her career as a certified family nurse practitioner, Jennifer garnered significant experience as a registered nurse in the operating room. She served as an Orthopedic Service Leader where she specialized in orthopedic surgery and trauma care. Jennifer earned her graduate degree from Rivier University in 2016 with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Recognizing the need for advanced providers in the community, she completed her post graduate certificate in psychiatric and mental health in 2024. She also shares her knowledge and expertise as adjunct faculty at Rivier University in the Nursing Department.
Jennifer has a special interest in pain management and its psychological implications, recognizing that chronic pain often coexists with mental health disorders. She hopes to assist her patients in addressing this complex interplay between mental health and physical well-being.
Tara Heinrich received her first Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science with an emphasis in Geology at the University of Puget Sound. After working in the field for several years, she realized her passion was caring for people. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with an accelerated Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2006 and dedicated the next 18 years to gaining critical care and perioperative nursing experience. With a firm belief in the power of continuing education, Tara received a Master’s degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Rivier University in 2023.
Tara joined Oasis Therapeutics in 2024 and looks forward to forming healing relationships and creating a collaborative environment. Providing compassionate, patient-centered care, Tara draws on years of nursing experience to ensure the best outcome with individualized treatment plans. She encourages her patients to empower themselves through education.
